Do you have to send the tickets and do you need it to be with a different courier than the one we have in our system (Fedex or UPS)? Unfortunately you will not be able to download the label from your profile. Instead, you will have to ship the envelope yourself.

The most common couriers with which our users usually send and we recommend are:

  • For United Kingdom: Royal Mail (we recommend using the "Next Day Delivery" service)
  • For Germany: Deutsche Post
  • For Spain: Correos Express
  • For Mexico: Estafeta, DHL, Pakmail, EnviaYa

You don't have to worry, in this article we want to explain you:

It's easy ;)

How to ship?

First of all, you will need to pick the buyer delivery address.

  1. Go to My Tickets > Sales
  2. Find the order you need to send.
  3. Click on "Ship your tickets" and then, you will be able to see the delivery address details.

Once you have the address, introduce the tickets in an envelope and write the recipient's details. Then, contact the courier to coordinate the collection of the envelope or send it from a post office.

How does each courier work?

Royal Mail

  • It is the courier that delivers the fastest in the UK.
  • They do not pick up at home, so you will have to go to a post office to send the tickets. Please, use the Next Day Delivery service
  • The tracking number is made up of a 13-digit alphanumeric code and has this format: two words + 9 numbers + finished in GB. For example: DS000000000GB

Deutsche Post

  • They do not pick up at home, so you will have to go to a post office to send the tickets.
  • The tracking number is made up of a 13-digit alphanumeric code and has this format: two words + 9 numbers + finished in DE. For example: RQ000000000DE

Correos

  • It is the most common courier in Spain.
  • They do not pick up at home, so you will have to go to a post office to send the tickets. We recommend to use Correos Express.
  • The tracking number is made up of a 16-digit numerical code.

Estafeta

  • It is the most common courier in Mexico.
  • They do not pick up at home, so you will have to go to a post office to send the tickets.
  • The tracking number is made up of a 22-digit numerical code.

When the envelope is in their hands, they will give you a shipping receipt where the details of the envelope will appear (sender, recipient, weight...) and also the tracking number associated with the envelope.

How to update your sale?

You will need to update your sale with the tracking number so we know it has been shipped. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to My Tickets > Sales
  2. Find the order you need to send.
  3. Click on "Ship your tickets" and then click on "Continue"
  4. Select the courier you used, tap on "Continue" and introduce the tracking number
  5. At latest, click on "Continue" to record the information. - Your sale will change the status to "in transit" and once the buyer received the envelope, the status will change again to Delivered.

In case you can find the courier used, please send an email so one of our experts will update your sale manually. They will need the sales reference, the name of the courier, and the tracking number they have provided you. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Payment timeline

After the event has taken place, you can expect to receive their payment within 5 to 8 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that the tickets sold were valid and that your buyer was able to attend the event with them. We prioritize the security and satisfaction of both buyers and sellers, and this verification process helps us maintain the integrity of our platform.
